All the prices shown are in Australian dollars. We accept following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay.

 

Here are some of our top FAQ:

Q: My order hasn’t arrived yet. When could I expect the package?

A: Sometimes it happens that the parcels get delayed in customs. Please check your order status by logging in or use your tracking number to review your order status with the post. If the tracking information is not updated, please email us to info@bohemiantreasure.com and we will inform you as soon as possible.

 

Q: Why my Tracking number doesn’t work?

A: All International packages have tracking information, but we can not guarantee that tracking details will continue to be updated once the package is shipped. If you need further assistance, please email us.

 

Q: Will I pay custom tax on my order?

A: We do not cover customs, duty nor import charges or fees. Any customs and import taxes that may apply are buyers responsibility. Customs policy vary from country to country. Please contact your customs office for further information.

 

Q: Do you make custom jewelry? Can your pieces be customised? 

A: Yes, custom orders are welcome. Feel free to contact us for more information.

 

Q: This order is a gift. Can you do a gift wrap and write a note?

A: Your purchase will come packed in a beautiful natural draw string cotton bag, ready for gift giving. Please inform us if you need us to add a note. If you are ordering more than one item for a gift, please let me know to pack them separately.

 

Q: I just received my order but it’s not what I expected. Can I return or exchange the item?

A: If you are not pleased with ordered items, feel free to contact us to info@bohemiantreasure.com. We believe in providing the highest quality materials and a great customer service. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of when your package was delivered. The item needs to be returned back to us. We will not accept returns or exchanges on worn, used items.
